About Us
Eva Designs was founded by myself, Eleanor Eva, in April 2006. When I qualified from my Accountants course I knew that I wanted to combine my new business qualifications with my passion for arts and crafts and Eva Designs was created.
Eva Designs is a family run business. I design and create the new collections, whilst my husband, Nicholas, sources new suppliers and researches the current and future fashion trends both here and in America. For those of you who have visited us at wedding exhibitions, you may have met my sister in law who is also employed by Eva Designs. We now employ two members of staff and are in the process of having a work shop built to accomodate our growing business.
In the 18 months that Eva Designs has been trading, the business has moved from strength to strength. In November 2006, Eva Designs was chosen to produce the invitations for the launch of a new designer boutique 'Chiesa,' owned by Maria Church, mother of Welsh singer Charlotte Church. In the Summer of 2007 Eva Designs was featured in several articles of the national bridal magazine 'Wedding Ideas Magazine.' The number of weddings we have supplied has doubled in 2007 with numerous 2008 dates already booked.
It is only through the hard work of our staff and the support from our families that this has been possible.
