The following are the terms and conditions that apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the evadesigns.co.uk site. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Products
All products on this website are made by hand and may contain small parts. Should these items become detached from our products they would represent a choking hazard. Therefore, none of our handmade products are suitable for handling by children under 36 months.All products on this website are made by hand and therefore variations to the images displayed on our website will occur. Where possible we will endeavour to reproduce the design of the card as close to its illustrated original. However, please be aware that on occassion this may not be possible and a suitable replacement will be made where applicable.
Sometimes product specifications may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If this does occur we will inform you of these changes.
Prices
All prices shown on this website are expressed as UK pounds sterling and include VAT, but exclude any delivery costs unless expressly stated otherwise.Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price of any order previously confirmed will not be affected by this change.
Any cost or loss caused to the Company by the Customer’s neglect or default or lack of instructions shall be paid by the Customer.
Proofs
Proofs will be mailed, first class recorded via the Royal Mail, for your approval before printing. Once you have made sure that your stationery details are correct, you need to mail us a signed proof aproval form. It is the customers responsibility to double check the spelling of places, names and other vital information on the stationery. If a mistake is found after approval, the customer is responsible for extra costs arising from correcting the error.Delivery
We make sure that the package being sent out to you is properly packaged and clearly marked with your delivery details. All orders and samples are sent via recorded courier. We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by third parties. Once proofs are confirmed & payment is received your order will be completed and sent out to you by our agreed delivery date. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks or as agreed, to receive your completed stationery from the date payment is received.We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Eva Designs shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations and Returns
If the goods you have received are faulty, simply return it to Eva Designs within 7 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a refund covering the goods that were sold.Personalised and bespoke orders will only be refunded or exchanged for like items if the card stock is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order.

The copyright and intellectual property of the photography, illustrations and website content belongs to Eva Designs. The images, invitations, stationery and any other documents cannot be used for any other purpose without prior permission from us. All of our designs and stationery are exclusively designed by us, hence a small copyright credit is printed on all stationery items.Any images, photographs, poems & information supplied to Eva Designs must not be copywritten by any individual, company or any other person claiming an interest. Therefore you must have the rights to anything you provide us. Eva Designs is not liable for any damages and expenses arising as a result of using copywritten images, photographs & information supplied by you. As the client you indemnifiy Eva Designs against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.
